We want every gift to arrive just as it left our kitchen. Here are our terms, plainly:
Chocolate, dates and baked treats
- As fresh food, they cannot be returned once received in good condition.
- Arrived damaged, melted or not what you ordered? Send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we replace it free of charge or refund you in full, delivery included.
Non-food extras
- Candles, blank cards and gift boxes can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and unused, in their original packaging.
- Inflated balloons and cards written with a name or message cannot be returned.
- Bring them to our kitchen in Sharjah with the order number, or message us to arrange a collection in Sharjah.
Cancellations and corporate gifts
You can cancel any order before we start preparing it and get a full refund. Corporate orders can be changed but not cancelled once the logo cards are printed. We refund the way you paid within 7 days.
