Chocolate bark

A slab of chocolate broken by hand: pistachio and rose, almond and sea salt, or white with cranberries.
We pour the chocolate thin and scatter nuts and dried fruit over it before it sets, then break it into rough pieces and tie them with red string in a clear bag.
