This page explains what data the Sanabel Alkhair Bakery website collects and how we use and protect it.

Orders and recipients

When you order we keep your name, phone number and email address, the delivery address and city (which may be the recipient’s), the products, the payment method and the gift message you write. We use them only to confirm and prepare the order, write the card and deliver it, and we contact the recipient only to hand over the gift. Nothing is paid on the website; you pay on delivery or pickup, in cash or by card.

Corporate gifts

Address lists and company logos you send us are used only to carry out the order, shared with no one, and the lists are deleted 90 days after delivery.

Accounts and the contact form

Cookies and what your browser keeps

We use only the cookies we need: for signing in, for keeping your cart during your visit and for protecting forms from automated messages. Your browser also keeps a copy of the cart to speed pages up. We use no tracking or advertising tools, and you can clear all of this by deleting this site’s data in your browser.

Retention and your rights

Orders are kept for five years for accounting, as the law requires, and contact messages for twelve months. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or the deletion of your account at any time from the contact page, and we reply within thirty days.
